Frazer Infratech builds custom homes, offices, and retail spaces. We work as builders and as contractors, with separate teams for each line of work.
Most of our projects are residences in South Delhi, built in collaboration with the country's leading architects. Before we plan anything, we sit with the owner and understand how they intend to live. The house is designed around that answer.
We advise on current directions in building and architecture. Our interior teams — in-house and independent — help owners choose well. We also take on remodelling of existing homes.

We fund the construction and take a share of the built-up area in return.

You bear the costs; we manage the build, bring our teams, and negotiate every price on your behalf.
Fixed price.
Fixed specifications at a fixed rate per square foot, settled at the start.
We are not the least expensive builders you will meet. We take on few projects, so that each receives the attention it deserves.
